Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing our services: registering a new customer account on the Bombkarnia.pl website, fulfilling orders, and sending commercial information electronically (newsletter). We process data based on your consent, i.e., under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. Failure to provide consent will prevent the action related to this data from being carried out.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be: – in the case of order fulfillment with delivery by postal or courier services, companies providing transport services. The administrator will then provide your first name, last name, address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), and contact phone number to the carrier for delivery purposes and only for the duration of that process. – in the case of electronic payments to companies handling payments in our store for payment processing and only for the duration of that process.
  5. Your data will be stored until you request their deletion.
  6. You have the right to access your data as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR regulations.
  8. Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding a contract. You are obliged to provide them, and failing to do so will result in an inability to carry out actions related to this data (inability to register a new customer account, fulfill an order, receive commercial information electronically).

While using services belonging to Bombkarnia, you may be asked to provide some of your personal data by filling out a form or in another way. The data we require are mostly first name and email address. In the case of order forms, you will additionally be asked to provide complete personal details. We only require those details that are necessary for the efficient and proper functioning of the service. Failure to provide required data will block actions related to this data.

Subscription to Free Magazines

Subscribing to electronic and free magazines belonging to Bombkarnia requires providing your first name and email address in the appropriate form. These fields are mandatory. The obtained data is added to the mailing list for the newsletter. The email address is necessary so that we can send the magazine issue to the subscribing reader. The first name allows Bombkarnia to address readers by their first names.

Ordering Services and Products

Ordering products offered by Bombkarnia requires providing more complete address information in the appropriate form. Mandatory fields are marked. In the case of payment by credit card, customer service is handled by PayPal. In this case, only the PayPal system knows and is responsible for the information provided in its forms. PayPal forms are located on its server and are encrypted in an appropriate and secure manner.

Public Personal Data

Personal data provided on services belonging to Bombkarnia, when sending comments to articles, responding on forums, etc., are accessible to all visitors to the pages containing this data.
