One of the most famous collections of Bombkarnia is the one referring to regional embroidery. We want to present the heritage of Polish folk art in a new way, i.e. on glass baubles. A hand-made figurine of the Świętokrzyski costume shows the details of regional embroidery while maintaining all substantive elements.
On a well-bleached homespun shirt, the collar of which is tied with a red ribbon, the boy puts on a funnel, i.e. a short wool vest decorated with rows of shiny buttons. Lejbik is a bachelor’s outer garment, a married man also wears a long coat made of brown homespun cloth, distinguished by only one flap at the collar, called a chopper. Trousers, made of cloth in summer, woolen in winter, are tucked into high leather boots with uppers.
