Our Old Polish collection is inspired by royal fabrics from the collections of Polish kings. From tapestries, through carpets, kontusz and chasuble stripes, coats of arms, tapestries to tapestries. Royal collections are located in the most important places on the map of Poland, such as the Wawel Royal Castle, the Royal Castle in Warsaw, National Museums, etc. They refer to historical motifs, and for us they are an inspiration to create fanciful patterns on glass baubles.
A particle of the atmosphere from the time of king of Poland, Stanislas Leszczynski. Full of invention, this colorful, brocade design has balanced composition which was characteristic for polish embroidery from 18th century. The whole background of this hand made bauble is ornamented with stylized flower tendrils of tiny particles of brocade and it is completed with gold sequins. We used great amount of brocade to present ancient glitter of silk threads creating in past centuries the famous polish embroidery deigns.
All our baubles are hand-blown through hand-made decoration.
